Video Presentations on CD's

Spice up those bulleted-list computer-based PowerPoint presentations with action and sound. If a picture is worth a thousand words, what's a moving picture worth? With Video Kitchen's help, it's easy to add video to your computer presentations. Mail out your presentation on an attractive CD that runs itself when your prospect puts it in a PC.

You can put up to an hour of video on CD's. We can help you edit your clips together from any video tapes you now hold. The next step is to encode each clip to a digital format that will play well on your target computer.

We offer Four standard ways to encode your video:

  • Presentation WMV--We encode your video to a Windows Media Video file at 2000Kps. You can use it in presentations in Powerpoint. Your video will play in full-screen 640x480 mode at 30 fps(frames per second) with quality that nearly equals your source video file. You'll want to have a newer laptop to play it on and may want to store your converted file on your PC laptop's hard drive to prevent any stuttering. Up to 45 minutes of this WMV video will fit on a CD. Click Here to view a sample.
  • Universal MPEG-1-- We encode your video to MPEG-1 at 1,475Kps. It displays in a 352x240 window. The quality is good. The main advantage to this older format is that it will play on most computers and on most operating systems. Up to 60 minutes of video fits on a CD. Click Here to view a sample.
  • Computer AVI/MOV-- We encode your video to a file you can edit on a MacIntosh or PC computer. Only 3 minutes of video will fit on a CD--19 minutes will fit on a DVD. This raw file is pristine, the window size is 720x480 with the images encoded at the DV codec standard of 29,500Kps.
  • Presentation MPEG-2-- We encode your video file to a very high quality MPEG-2 file at 7,500Kps. Up to 12 minutes of video will fit on a CD. It's main use is in extremely high quality presentations played from a fast, new PC.
